Collection Requirements

Source: vaginal or urethral
Container: InPouch-TV

1. Inoculate upper chamber of InPouch-TV with vaginal or urethral swab, or small amount of saline from hanging drop tube
2. Express fluid from top to bottom chamber
3. Roll down top and seal
4. If the InPouch-TV is to be used to read the hanging drop, do not express the fluid from the top chamber to the bottom. Seal the pouch but do not roll the top down
