- Preferred: 1 mL in vacutainer
- Acceptable: microtainer filled to the top line
Special Instructions
CBC with differential request must accompany Flow Cytometry test requests in order to report results.
Recommend a standard lymphocyte immunophenotyping panel accompany this order: Flow T Cell Immune Deficiency, Flow TBNK Lymphocyte Enumeration or Extended Immune Deficiency Panel

Additional Information
For characterization of thymic function in production of T cells by enumeration of T cell Naïve and Memory subsets in congenital immune deficiencies. Also useful for monitoring immune reconstitution following immune suppression, immunotoxic therapies, or BMT.
