All sources are submitted:

In a sterile syringe / cup / tube
Fresh (no fixative)
Room temperature
Immediately; do not hold or delay delivery
Delivery to Histology (Room 2205.12)

Special Instructions

Ordering clinician must submit a completed University Health Cytology requisition with specimen
