(S&S type 903 or equivalent) obtained from Toxicology
Home Collection:
- Completely fill at least 2 circles
- Blood spots should be completely dry before they are shipped (4 – 6 hours)

- Preferred : Lithium heparin mint green gel
- Acceptable: Red gel
Volume: 1 mL in a vacutainer or 600 uL in microtainer

Testing performed on Tuesday and Thursday
Must be received in the Toxicology Lab by 7:00 a.m. Tuesday or Thursday to be included in the batch
