0-29 mmol/L - Cystic fibrosis unlikely
30-59 mmol/L - Intermediate range; need further study to establish or rule out a cystic fibrosis diagnosis
≥60mmol/L - Indicative of cystic fibrosis for individuals presenting with a positive newborn screen, clinical features consistent with CF, or a positive family history
